Baguette Academy took part in October 2016 to the annual congress organized by the National Association of Bakery Teachers, which took place at the Muret CFA (Training center), in France.
During this event, Emmanuel Tertrais, founder of Baguette Academy, highlighted the value of e-learning and its complementarity with the practical training in the bakery industry.
