Baguette Academy and Le Génie Editeur worked together in order to propose courses from the French program content for bakery and pastry since september 2017, in a digital version.


 

FEPAN Fair, August 2017 

In August, the school Senati organized the fair FEPAN in Lima (Péru). For 3 days, professionals from bakery sector exchanged and discovered the new trainings thanks to demonstration, conferences and workshop.

This event is the world hospitality and food service event. It puts forward the experts of the food industry. In 2017, Baguette Academy is delighted to count among the exhibitors, with its innovative training in bakery.

During the 2017 edition, Baguette Academy participated for the first time to the exhibition but also to the first start-up battle organized by the SIRHA. The innovative solution providing online and multilingual training in professional bakery and pastry has been particularly appreciated by the jury since Baguette Academy won the SIRHA prize but also the “coup de cœur” one (French expression for the ‘jury’s favourite’).

International Association of French Bread, November 2016

Each year, this organization puts an emphasis on the status of baker with its technical days. In november 2016, Baguette Academy was glad to take part in this event.

 

National Association of Bakery Teachers, October 2016

Baguette Academy took part in October 2016 to the annual congress organized by the National Association of Bakery Teachers, which took place at the Muret CFA (Training center), in France. During this event, Emmanuel Tertrais, founder of Baguette Academy, highlighted the value of e-learning and its complementarity with the practical training in the bakery industry.
