We work everyday with Men and Women who have chosen to make their passion their profession – Baking. These professional bakers, working or acting as consultants, such as Ingredients Industry experts, work alongside us in the design of the different course modules we offer you.

Parallel to course creation, experienced bakers can, should you wish, offer you full-time training over a given period (between  3 and 10 days) We can offer our clients different teacher profiles with varied professional backgrounds and different kinds of diploma :

  • Compagnon du Devoir
  • Bakers holding French State Diplomas.

Our Baking teachers are carefully chosen by us for their savoir-faire. They have all had international experience, so they understand  your working environment. Moreover, it is fundamental for us to work with people who share the values of Baguette Academy and our desire to spread knowledge.
