We work daily with Men and Women who have chosen their passion as their professional orientation: Baking. These professional bakers, in activity or consultants, experts in the ingredient industry for example, support us in the design of the various course modules that we offer.

In parallel with the creation of the courses, experienced bakers can, if you wish, train you full-time over a given period (3 to 10 days). We can offer our clients different teacher profiles with distinct learning paths and diplomas:

Christiane – Expert in gluten-free cooking

An entrepreneur with an atypical profile, her experience is divided into 3 sectors of activity: administration, cooking and training.

Rich in her 30 years in pastry, including 11 dedicated to food intolerances and allergies, Christiane offers training and educational tools intended for the training of catering professionals.
As a result, she was able to train more than 400 people on the subject of food intolerances.

In 2022, Christiane launched her Agility on the plate training course, a concept developed to meet the needs of catering, to meet the challenges of cooking and to better understand trendy foods and diets.
Several online courses have been developed to begin the process of Agility on the plate.

Ludovic – Expert in bakery/pastries

Passionate about bakery and pastries from an early age, Ludovic became a trainer.
Graduated with a Master’s degree from the Rhône Chamber of Trades and Crafts, Ludovic has worked in gourmet restaurants and artisan bakeries in France and abroad.

Since 2021, he has chosen to pass on his knowledge and train future professionals in establishments such as the CFA de la Gastronomie and the François Rabelais Campus in Lyon.

Ludovic offers an innovative game-based pedagogy with quizzes, interactive learning with E-Learning and personalized courses.

Marine – Sales expert

Marine is our trainer specializing in sales in local shops: bakery, pastry shop, chocolate factory, grocery store, tearoom, restaurant, GMS..

Coming from a business school, she made her range in restaurant chains and has since trained more than 2,000 trainees and provided 5,000 hours of training, which you can find here.

She will enchant your sales teams with her famous “Gourmet Theater” and boost your sales!

Sylvère – Professional Baker Partner in Colombia

Our baker partner in Colombia accompanies your project in video and offers you personalized advice.

Trained by the Compagnons du Devoir in France, Sylvère Beliot has worked in many areas of the bakery: Artisanal Bakery; Semi-industrial; Supermarket; Culinary School; Research and development ; Consulting; Puratos and Eurogerm demonstrator

After spending more than 20 years in the USA, Sylvère created a bakery in Colombia in 2020. It also offers consulting and training activities.

Hugo – Partner Professional baker and trainer in Argentina.

Hugo is a technician at the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) and founder of Bread Lab and Deli Bakery Argentina.

He is a bakery specialist with more than 25 years working in the most important bakeries in Argentina.

With 15 years of experience as a teacher in gastronomic schools in the country, he gives courses and workshops on artisan baking, advanced basic baking and industrial baking.

He also provides guidance and advice on the management and general direction of new stores for their expansion.
