Baguette Academy and Le Génie Editeur have partenered to offer from september 2017 the French programme content of professional bakery and pastry in a digital version.
For a public of students preparing the french bakery and pastry diploma but also for professionals of the sector, the programme content is now available for a flexible training on smartphone, tablet or laptop.
What is Baguette Academy ?
Baguette Academy is the first multilingual online training company in the French bakery sector dedicated to professionals of the bakery-related business.

3/ Why a collaboration between Le Génie Éditeur and Baguette Academy?
Frederic Percheron is a CFA professor (French training program) and author of several professional books in bakery and pastry making, who is constantly looking for interactive solutions in teaching. Therefore, he is the creator of the link between Le Génie Editeur and the start-up Baguette Academy with the objective of creating a digital course for teachers and students of CFA and professional high schools in pastry and bakery sector.
Le Genie Editeur is recognized in teaching for the quality of its catalog of educational books. Baguette Academy, for its part, has developed an expertise in the digitization of pedagogical contents of the food industry.
From a meeting at the SIRHA 2017 of the two respective founders Olivier Perrier and Emmanuel Tertrais, a few months later, the first online courses in bakery pastry for professional diplomas were born and made available starting from September 2017.
