The Vaga Top school, specialized in Tourism – Hospitality – Catering in Tunisia, offers diploma programs ranging from CAP to BTS for young people in the Bizerte region.
Since 2025, a partnership has been established with Baguette Academy to deliver an innovative training pathway dedicated to French bakery.
The program includes:

🥐 Preparing Parisian brioches
A comprehensive learning experience combining:
📱 Online courses covering fundamentals (raw materials, processes, recipes)
🍳 Live virtual classes led by a French instructor
👐 Hands-on practical sessions conducted at the school
We had the pleasure of personally awarding the certificates to the third graduating cohort, alongside Yousfi Bechir, Founder of Vaga Top.
This program enables these young Tunisian talents to discover French specialties and further develop their bakery expertise — helping them, as the school director says, to “shape their future.”
