The founder, Emmanuel Tertrais, combines experience and skills in the marketing of ingredients related to the fermentation of Bread and Beer, in France and internationally.
Driven by his passion for Bread, he has the desire to facilitate exchange and the transmission of know-how on French bread-making. This passion is at the origin of the desire to create the innovative approach of Baguette Academy, its mission, and the values it upholds.
He has surrounded himself with experts from the bakery industry and multimedia pedagogical engineering.
He regularly participates in events and organizations focused on pedagogical, digital innovation, and professions related to baking: Edtech Lyon, ICI Agrifood, AIPF, CEBP…
