The Sirha Lyon trade fair gets underway on 23 January. A true paradise for gastronomes, the dynamics and atmosphere of this not-to-be-missed show are incredible! …. High-level competitions such as the Bocuse d’Or, product and equipment innovations, digital solutions… and above all a time of rich human encounters, sometimes full of surprises.
