Our professional baker partner in Colombia accompanies your project by video and offers you personalized advice. Trained by the Compagnons du Devoir in France, Sylvère Beliot has worked in many areas of the bakery industry: Artisanal Bakery; Semi-industrial; Supermarket; Culinary School; Research and Development; Consulting; Puratos and Eurogerm demonstrator. After spending more than 20 years in the US, Sylvère is looking to develop new activities in Colombia.

Hugo Pollo – Professional baker partner and trainer in Argentina.

Technician at the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) and founder of Bread Lab and Deli Bakery Argentina. Specialist in bakery with more than 25 years of work in the most important bakeries in Argentina. He has 15 years of experience as a teacher in gastronomic schools in the country and gives courses and workshops on artisanal baking, advanced basic baking and industrial baking. He also provides advice and guidance on the management and general direction of new shops for expansion.

Nancy Fuentes & Mario Escobar – Panera Revista in PERU :

Nancy Fuentes is the director of Panera Ediciones. She develops contents for Panera VIP magazine, retail and E-Panera. She is a chemical engineer with 30 years of experience in the food and bakery sector. She has been the director of bakery schools and for the last 12 years she has worked through Panera to train and inform bakery professionals in Peru, Ecuador, Chile and Colombia.
