This training program aims to develop participants’ managerial skills through the following objectives:
Attainment of objectives is measured by the validation of a multiple-choice questionnaire at the end of training.
Understand that a highly effective operational professional does not always make a good manager. Learn to take charge of your own development, identify your strengths and areas for improvement, and positively influence your teams.
Understand the motivational factors for each employee profile. Learn to use tools such as questioning to develop active listening skills and facilitate smooth communication.
Rediscover the power of a “thank you,” a sincere “compliment,” and the art of “feedback” to boost your daily performance.
Know how to lead and facilitate effective briefing meetings, convey clear instructions, and manage group dynamics.
Mastering essential procedures: end-of-year reviews (EAE), managing probationary periods, returning from sick leave, constructive feedback sessions, and error management.
Know how to present an action plan that inspires people to take action, while listening to and addressing the root causes of the team’s objections.

The training can be conducted within 2 to 6 weeks after the order is confirmed, depending on the trainer’s availability, the training location, and logistical constraints. The final schedule is established in consultation with the client, taking into account the availability of the participants, the instructors, and the training locations.
This training course is conducted exclusively in person.
The trainer leads interactive sessions that enable participants to develop their managerial skills through role-playing exercises based on their everyday work experiences. Managers practice with real-world scenarios such as facilitating team meetings, conducting a performance review, managing a conflict, providing constructive feedback, or supporting an employee.
The training program is led by an instructor with more than 35 years of experience as a CEO, marketing director, and sales director in the food industry, as well as in the bakery and fast-food sectors.
A quiz will be administered at the end of the hands-on training to certify completion of the course. By achieving a score of 80% on the final assessment, employees will be certified as having completed the in-person training.
