MANUFACTURING OPERATORS IN INDUSTRY OR BAKERY PRODUCTION STAF

This training aims to provide a better understanding of bakery ingredients through the following objectives:

  • Characterize the essential ingredients in bakery to better grasp their importance in the manufacturing process and thus give concrete meaning to the actions performed during the preparation of products: composition, manufacturing processes, types, names, roles in bakery.
  • Name the quality criteria and uses to select and efficiently use bakery ingredients.
  • Define the fermentation process carried out by baker’s yeast and/or sourdough to better understand the bread-making process.
  • List the storage conditions to correctly receive and store each ingredient.

You will be able to select the correct answers in multiple-choice questions on bakery raw materials.

TEACHING METHOD

The training takes place online asynchronously, allowing for individual and personal learning on a training platform.
It’s interactive, featuring text, image, sound, video resources, activities, and quizzes for skill validation.

Participants can take the courses in any order and repeat them as needed. The educational team monitors progress and remains available throughout the training for support.

EVALUATION MODALITIES

A training path consists of one or more courses (modules).

Each course includes a final quiz to validate learning (up to 3 attempts allowed). Achieving a minimum of 80% correct answers on the final assessment confirms completion of that course.

Successfully completing all modules in the training program certifies your diligence throughout the training.
